RoomsByYou is an online retailer who specializes in surface pattern design customization and on-demand manufacturing of homeware textile related products. We provide a state-of-the art customization Configurator assigned to different rooms of the house as well as a host of talented designers who provide surface pattern content of RoomsByYou.

RoomsByYou also provides customers the ability to upload their own artwork onto those homeware products found within RoomsByYou.

Registration & Account Management

In order to purchase from RoomsByYou, you must complete our registration form. By completing the RoomsByYou registration form, you will be able to:

• Save the customized rooms you’ve created to share with friends and to save for future ordering
• Upload your own designs
• Order product, including your own fabric
• Build and maintain your gift registry

If you have registered with RoomsByYou, you will have submitted your email address and confirmed your password. All information regarding your user ID and your registration password will be kept confidential by RoomsByYou. You will receive an email from RoomsByYou confirming that you are a member of RoomsByYou.

If you have completed customizing your own room, you will also assign a password specifically to your room. You will be responsible for managing the confidentiality of your room’s individual password. You can and may choose to share your customized room password with your friends and family. In order to view your customized room, your friends and family will have to register their own user ID and password with RoomsByYou. After doing so, they may view your customized room by specifically using the room password you’ve personally assigned to your customized room. You must exit from your room and account at the end of each session. By registering with RoomsByYou, you acknowledge that RoomsByYou will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur from your failure to exit from your room and account at the end of each session.


Uploading your own content/artwork

You retain ownership of all of the intellectual property rights for any content/artwork that YOU upload to RoomsByYou.com for the customization and personalization of our homeware products for your purchase.

In these terms, we refer to the creator of artwork/content as “you” or “your”.

IMPORTANT: Any artwork/content that you submit for upload to RoomsByYou.com’s website MUST be YOUR OWN original work or you must have explicit permission from the creator to use it in any way you are. Any artwork/content that you upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit cannot be unlawful, threatening, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, racially or ethnically objectionable. Subject artwork may not be borrowed from or invasive of another’s rights including, but not limited to registered trademarks, celebrity rights and intellectual property. You may not impersonate any person, persons, or entity. You may not falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person, persons or entity.

RoomsByYou will not be held responsible of any intellectual property not obtained by you legally with appropriate approval of those who own designs, artwork, text, date, photos, images, or any of these elements that may infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or any other proprietary right of any party. You must represent that you have the lawful right to reproduce any artwork/content that was not created by you. All rights that you represent with another party’s artwork/content, but comply with federal, state and local laws regulations and ordinances.


Disclaimers of Content

RoomsByYou has made any and all efforts to prevent the publication on its website of content describing or representing situations of physical or psychological violence or which, according to the sensitivity of www.roomsbyyou.com users, might be deemed to violate civil beliefs of human rights and dignity, in all its forms and expressions.

In the event that such content are deemed to not fit with the personal lifestyles of subject users, please do not access our website and, where you nonetheless choose to access it, we hereby inform you that the way in which you decide to use the services provided by www.roomsbyyou.com shall be your exclusive and personal responsibility.

Cancellation & Termination

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the My Account link on RoomsByYou site map. This screen provides a simple cancellation link.

All of your content, saved rooms and gift registry will be immediately ceased upon cancellation.

RoomsByYou, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of your account for any reason at any time. Such termination of your account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. RoomsByYou reserves the right to refuse from re-registering your account for any reason at any time.
