When should I register?
We recommend registering 4-5 months before the big event. This allows plenty of time for you to create your customize rooms, for friends and family to purchase and for us to manufacture your on-demand order.
When will my registry be available to friends and family?
Instant online activation means your registry will be accessible by friends and family in a matter of minutes. However, they won’t have access to your customized baby room until you create it, post it on RoomsByYou and Facebook and provide them with your guest access password.
How do I let my friends & family now about my baby registry?
We offer to send an email announcement to announce that you have chosen BabyRoomsByYou as your registry and send out updates on the progress of your registry. Family and Guests can view your registry, make recommendations to your customized room and purchase gifts once you’ve released your Guest Password.
Can I create more than one customized room per registry?
Yes, you can have more than one customized room per registry! If you'd like to update the look of your nursery from week-to-week with fresh new crib bedding either in different surface patterns from the same collection or from a completely new designer and collection, simply create another fresh new customized room by clicking on CREATE a NEW CUSTOMIZED ROOM and save it to your Baby Gift Registry.

Can I have more than one registry?
Yes, you can also have more than one registry! As long as you save each new registry under a new name, you can create seperate registrys for baby showers, baby's first birthday, baby's first religious event and/or baby first holiday. If you have a registry already, log in and click on the "Gift Registry" link and then look for the "CREATE a NEW REGISTRY" button.

How do I make changes to my registry?
You can update your registry online at any time. Simply sign in to your account, remove or add customized items based on your needs and your registry will be automatically updated.

How do I track my gift registry?
Here, online, you can track your registry from home and friends and family can shop for you now matter where they live by clicking on "TRACK MY REGISTRY". As you manage your registry, our online registry tool tracks the name of each gift giver along with the items purchased.When it comes time to mail your thank you notes, simply check off the appropriate name and corresponding gift.

What if I don't finish setting up my registry now?
No problem. As you go, you may realize that you want to add more products or more units of the same products. You registry is available to you online 24/7, so you can add to it whenever you want.

How frequently are purchases from my registry updated?
Online purchases are reflected immediately in your registry.
How do I designate my preference on where I want the baby gifts to ship?
You can include more than one "ship-to address...one before the event (baby shower) and one after the event (welcoming party for your new arrival) or to your home or to another home of your choice.You choose!
For you privacy, we will never display you actual mailing address to the gift-giver. But if you prefer not to receive any gifts directly, you can choose to have all gifts shipped to the gift-givers address. If yo'ud like to have your friends or family to recieve and store your gifts until the baby arrives, just choose that address as your shipping preference.
How do I add gift cards to my registry?
After you have finished customizing your room, you can click on the "ADD GIFT CARD TO MY REGISTRY" button.
What if I didn't get everything that I wanted on my gift registry?
We'll give you a one-time discount of 10% off everything left on your registry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@roomsbyyou.com.
How do I delete or cancel my registry?
If you'd like to delete your registry, go to UPDATE MY REGISTRY. From your registry account page, select "delete registry". You may also email us at support@roomsbyyou.com and type "delete registry" in the SUBJECT line.
How long will my registry remain active?
Your registry will stay active at RoomsByYou for 12 months after the date of the event.
