  Shipping & Handling
Our shipping carrier of choice is the United States Postal Service. All shipment costs from USPS are integrated into the checkout process and are not-for-profit at RoomsByYou.

  Order/Manufacturing/Shipping Time
From the time that you complete your order transaction, it will take approximately 14-18 business days for you to receive your customized order from RoomsByYou. Make sure you allow this time for production and delivery prior to any special event that you may be participating in.

  Payment Options
The following payment options are available :
  • Paypal Express
    Your billing address will be ignored and you will be redirected to PayPal website
  • Credit Card (Authorize.net)
    Your payment will be made with your Credit Card.
  Return Policy
Because of the nature of our product…it’s customized for you, our return policy is slightly different than the traditional retailer.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your RoomsByYou order, we will, at your request either:
  • Replace the returned customized product exactly as you ordered it, in the same surface pattern design.
  • Return your customized product and issue you a RoomsByYou credit to your RoomsByYou account.
  • Return your customized product and replace it with a new/different customized product.
If you choose RoomsByYou credit, you may choose to replace the returned customized product for any new product you wish to order. If the replacement order amount is less than the RoomsByYou credit, the differential amount will remain on your RoomsByYou credit.

* Required Fields

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. We do not issue refunds because we cannot resell the product that you have customized.

If you choose RoomsByYou credit, you may choose to replace the returned customized product for any new product you wish to order. If the replacement order amount is less than the RoomsByYou credit, the differential amount will remain on your RoomsByYou credit.
  • Please allow 14-18 days for any replacement order.
  • After receiving this information, RoomsByYou will email you your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.

You will be notified when your merchandise is received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 14-18 business days to replace your product or issue you a RoomsByYou credit.

RoomsByYou Credit If you have chosen RoomsByYou credit, we will indicate the credit amount in your account information directly after we have emailed you your RMA number. You can find your account information by logging into your account at:
